join our family
A small team with a humble dream, building this space and curating every experience together. Our goal is simple: to bring a different lens to Vietnamese cuisine, familiar yet refreshing. Food and drinks are the language we're fortunate to speak our root story through.
We're not looking for someone who just works here, but someone who grows, cares, and feels this place as home. Only then can that love reach our guests.

Front of House and Beverage Curator
Join Lên Đên - Available Immediately
Teamwork makes the dreamwork.
We are looking for two additional special pIerson to stand with us at the heart of Lên Đên.
Not quite a barista, not quite a server. Someone who can pour a Vietnamese coffee with intention, shake a cocktail with confidence, then turn around and welcome a guest like an old friend. We call this person a beverage curator, because here a drink is never just a drink. It is part of the story we tell.
This role moves with the day. One day you are behind the bar, crafting our coffees and cocktails. The next you are out front, caring for the room. We want someone who can flow between both with the same intention.
When you are front of house, think of the standard of a good flight attendant. Calm, present, and one step ahead. You notice the empty glass before it is mentioned, the guest searching for the bathroom, the table that is ready for the next course. You read the room, anticipate what someone needs before they ask, and make every guest feel genuinely looked after. Warmth with attention to detail. That is the heart of our front of house.
Let us be honest with you first, because the right person deserves the real picture.
This is a demanding role. The days can be long. You will be on your feet for hours. You will pour, carry, clean, reset, and do it all again. Some nights the cups get washed by hand, and that is simply part of the day. We roll our sleeves up together, every single one of us, founder included. No task is too small here, and nobody is above any of it.
So we are not looking for someone who only wants a job. We are looking for someone with heart. Someone patient, humble, and genuinely hungry to learn. Someone who shows up, pays attention, and cares about getting the small things right. If you bring drama, complaints, or wait to be told what to do, this is honestly not the place for you, and that is okay.
But if you find quiet pride in a clean bar, a warm welcome, and a perfect cup, keep reading.
You do not need experience. Of course it is a bonus, but we would rather train the right attitude than manage the wrong one. What truly matters to us:
A hardworking spirit. You lean into the hard work instead of avoiding it.
A real love for learning. You ask, you observe, you grow.
Humility. No ego at the bar, no ego in the room.
The instinct to care for people, to sense what a guest needs before they say it.
Good English. Vietnamese is a lovely bonus but not required.
Calm under pressure and a warm, people loving heart.
What we give back
We do not take tips here. Instead we put our shared revenue back into our people. That means training trips, dining out at other restaurants to taste and learn, a wellness budget to keep you well, and transport support, most likely a bike, so getting to work is one less thing to think about.
We are not building a place where people clock in and out. We are building a home, and we want you to feel it as one. Because only when this place feels like yours can you truly share that warmth with our guests.
The practical part
We are open Friday to Sunday, lunch and evening, so you need to be available across these days. Some nights we finish around 11 in the evening and open again the next morning at 11, so a short commute genuinely matters. For this reason we strongly prefer someone who lives close to the studio. Living far is simply not realistic for this rhythm.
We are looking for full time, or someone who can commit to at least 28 hours a week. Pay starts at 18-19 euro gross per hour, with real room to grow as you grow with us, and a clear path toward permanent contract.
